The customer service was great! When I had to check in early, I just called the front clerk. She made it possible by making sure my room was cleaned by my arrival. The room was big and clean. This was in the perfect location. The pool and the pool area was also nice and clean. We had 7 families stay at this location for a weekend baseball tournament. They enjoyed all the amenities. Their continental breakfast was good and I had no problem with it. We enjoyed it, but if you’re looking for a restaurant style breakfast it’s best to just go out to one.

The morning staff the lady that checked me in this morning around 11am on Sat March 1st she told me her name but I forgot but she's very sweet & kind & warm & welcoming I look forward to seeing her when I stay here

- There are McDonald's, Subway, Popeyes, convenience store nearby. - If your work involves visiting both Sabine Pass and Freeport, it takes nearly the same time from this hotel to each location.

Very friendly staff, rooms very clean and comfortable. Felt safe and not to far from kemah Boardwalk and other shopping areas.

Everything was great. The operator of the property was very helpful and answered any questions I had. They have a juice machine . That was my favorite. My wife and son complained about the person or persons in the room next to us keeping them up with loud noise and racket, but thats no fault to the property.

Staff is super friendly, it was smooth from check in till check out no problem at all. Would recommend for simple hotel not to high.
